So today, I did this....
She was pretty psyched, and asked to run "alone", without pacers (ie, me or her dad). She's "ready to train" :D.

Can I brag a little, about my kid?
Remember how I posted about #1 placing in the kids 1 mile race a few weeks ago?
I pulled her results...
7:28 mile... and that from the kid that didn't even try.
So today, I did this....
